Thank you for choosing NICCO. We stand behind the quality of our umbrellas and are proud to offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

1. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Broken or detached ribs due to manufacturing faults.
  • Defective opening/closing mechanism.
  • Handle detachment or defects in stitching.
  • Frame malfunction not caused by misuse.
  • Canopy separation or tearing due to workmanship issues.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by strong winds exceeding design limits.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections, including slight stitching inconsistencies that do not affect function or durability.
  • General wear and tear from regular use.
  • Theft, loss, or intentional damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

3. Warranty Duration

This warranty is valid for three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

4. Warranty Registration

  • Purchases made from NICCO’s official website are automatically registered.
  • Purchases from other platforms require registration via our Product Registration page.

5. How to Make a Claim

  • Email us at help@niccoumbrella.com.
  • Submit your purchase details, product photos, and a short description of the issue.
  • Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.


If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the same model or a similar product.
  • Store credit if replacement is not available.
